Smooth/Gloss

    Easy if you have photoshop take the rounded rectangle tool set it at 5px
    make your box

    add a gradient your choice

    to make the gloss simple take the rectangle marqee tool make a selection half of the box

    fill it with white

    ctrl click the box square on the layers panel this should select the box

    then push ctrl + shift + i then delete

    set the filled marqee to like 15%

    then your done :)
