Hey Nashtax, Your hooked now, no such thing as a social smoker. I was hooked for 40 years. Quit several times on and off. Finally best quit results with smoke away. One week and never anymore cravings unbelievable. Every other time I quit the cravings would come on even months later.
ya i do smoke, everybody says it is bad ugly not healthy but when we feel stress only smoke can release our mind..... they hardly know how it feels...
Reformed smoker here. I smoked 1.5 packs per day, for 22 years, and gave it up cold turkey. Since then, I can breath easier, I've started running again, I don't stink, and I get more nookie from the wife. My $0.02 - put down the cancer sticks.
I started smoking at the age of 14 and im having a hard time quiting with this bad habit. Maybe if I also stop drinking alcohol then i would surely stop smoking because alcohol and cigars blend well.
Honestly, I used to care if people smoke but now I dont. I dont do it personally but I have and I understand where you are coming form that it makes you feel "calm cool and collected". It is a bad habbit but Noone should be judged by their addiction. So lets put it out there... I dip. hopefully quitting soon though
Despite the claims that smoking can help to calm our mind, I never believe in that. To me smoking is a sign of weakness of not being able to take control of our own life.
Truth is, the people I have known smoking, even 70-80 year olds who still smoke a lot everyday, Are Still Alive.
Nothing against smokers, it is there choice but I don't like it and don't want to be around it. I would never date or marry anyone that smoked.
I'm glad you believe in false things, smoking does relax you, very much so. I'm also glad that you believe it's a 'sign of weakness of not being able to take control of your own life.' How about those who wish to smoke and do smoke, seams to me they are 'taking control' of their lives and doing what they wish to do.
Wait, let me get this straight, you recently started smoking? Are you serious? Despite the insurmountable evidence that shows that smoking is bad for you and that it will kill you and you still made the concious choice to start? How old are you if you don't mind me asking? This course of action seems like something a 13 year old would try and not the actions of a reasoned, intelligent adult. At any rate, I'm deathly allergic to tobacco and start coughing blood and eventually die when exposed to it for too long.
