Hi all.. Just thought I'll start a topic all to do with 'smoking', just to see what your thoughts are, what are your likes and dislikes regarding smoking? - I've only just recently started smoking. I can get annoyed very easily and stressed a lot of the time. Everytime I have a cigarette I feel so cool calm and collected, all the pain and stress is taken away from me. I would only say I've been smoking for about 3 month - and a lot of people can tell a real difference in the way I am. I don't want to smoke, but I could say now I'm addicted . I'm a sociable smoker - hardly ever smoke on my own. Do you smoke? do you feel it helps calm you down ect?
You shouldn't really smoke it's not good for you. You should try and quit, there's no point throwing your life and money away.
You should stop breathing. The amount of toxins you breathe in daily leave you with very little justice against smoking. Smokers are doing non smokers a favor. They are dying quicker leaving more in your local retirement fund and are assisting with population control.
It's disgusting. They make you smell HORRIBLE, give you bad breath, make your skin, hair and nails UGLY, make your teeth gross, damage your body... I mean, why even bother smoking at all? You don't look that fucking cool
They're also costing us British people a lot of money as we pay for their health care via our taxes. Much cheaper and more efficient to put a bullet through their head!
LOL... are you aware of the millions of different chemicals you inhale on a daily basis without smoking?
In small concentrations, if it's really that bad then how come smokers die so much earlier. If it was as bad as you're making out we would all be dying young. I would rather inhale some chemicals than forcefully intake tar, nicotine and carbon monoxide.
Have smoked for 7 years and I have stopped for almost a year now. The feeling being 'cool and calm' is only being triggered psychologically, though it stimulates you thus helping you relax more. Smoking makes me feel rubbish. It makes you calm and relaxes you a bit but the after effects can make your nerves snap with health issues, especially with people who has underlying health issues. My word of advice for you is, prevention is better than medication
Yes, and obviously I can't do anything to prevent that. What's that got to do with the ignorance of smoking?
