    Unfortunately I smoke as well... I used to smoke a pack a day, but i've been able to reduce it to 5-6 fags a day.

    I never had the desire to try smoking or even drugs for that matter. Not even once. I didn't even start drinking until my late 20's. Now I can't stop....:D lol

    been smoking for nearly 8 years now.

    Since its affecting my heart sometimes i decided to cut down.

    Want to quit 1 day soon.

    Any 1 thinking to start - my advice: dont !
