This site sells a stop smoking product. I wrote the "Quit Smoking Program" myself, and it has never been sold or distributed to anyone. In fact, as of this writing I'm the only person who's ever seen it.

The design is completely unique, as is all of the website and ebook content.

This is a one time sale. For the final buyer it'll be as if you created the ebook and website yourself. I will never sell or use any of the content ever again for any reason, period.

The product itself, IMO, is a good one. I'm probably a little biased because I wrote it, but it's a unique system that changes the way smokers think about smoking, and makes it easy to quit. Me, my dad, and my grandfather have all quit smoking using the exact same methods outlined in the book.

If I don't sell the site, I'm planning on going to some quitting smoking forums and exchanging a couple of copies for real testimonials.

Site is working on my end. I redesigned because I made the mistake of buying "exclusive rights" to about 50 website templates on ebay. The templates turned out to be site rips, so the original design of my site ended up looking strikingly similar to finalsmoke.com.

The original buyer brought this to my attention, and now I'm pursuing legal action against the template seller on ebay, because I've since found out that I got ripped off for $xxx. I immediately refunded the original buyers money, and we've both agreed that it's a fair arrangement.

That's not of importance now however. What is important is I've identified the mistake and corrected it. The site is now based on a highly modified open source template, so I'm not claiming it's 100% unique anymore. The graphics on the site are either unique, open source, or stock photos. The content on the site, as well as the product, are definitely 100% unique, I wrote it all myself, so I can guarantee that much.

It was a pretty messed up situation, and I learned a valuable lesson as far as buying website templates goes, but the site itself is still up for auction.

That's all I really want to comment on the subject. I feel a little ripped off for buying templates that where too good to be true. But as I mentioned I redesigned the site around an open source template, and learned a valuable lesson about purchasing templates on ebay.
