SMO tutorial???

    Dear friends , i need a tutorial for SMO(social media optimization).
    i want to increase traffic of my site via social networks mainly FACEBOOK, TWITTER, DIGG, DELICIOUS, STUMBLEUPON, LINKEDIN, so i need any tutorial which cover above social sites.

    Basically the purpose of SMO is to engaged the more and more people towards your website or product through Social Networking website which automatically help us to increase the ranking as well as traffic to our website. This the most commonly used technique in these days. The problem of this technique is that this can only drives the traffic but the pr will not increase because of nofollow links.
