this script contains 1800 smilies? did you create these smilies yourself? if not, do you own the exclusive copyrights to these smilies? for all your previous customers, do they have resell rights? or do they only have the right to use they copy that they have purchased?
Hey, The smilies are freeware, no licensing attached. As for the script itself resell rights have never been sold. The script is sold on a one script one domain basis.
I collected them over a year ago but they were collected from sites such as creative commons etc. I can also confirmed that I have never been contacted in relation to any smilies on the site.
I've advertised solely on related forums such as SP, NP and here etc. I haven't done any paid advertising whatsoever.
You talk utter nonsense! Even I can't distribute these images without posting licencing notices, terms of use, or credits, and I make them. Trinzine and a few others have been notified that you are selling their works without permission so I would expect the complaints to arrive soon. And since you've provided proof of gain from this illegal sale, a demand for past royalties shouldn't be ruled out Time to clean up your act and quit thieving other peoples work I think.
