SMF Packages Not Showing Up in My Dashboard

I got a lot of SMF Packages installed, but most of them don't show their options on my admin dashboard page. I don't have any options/preferences page for ad management or global headers, for example.

How do you modify them, or even set them to show in the first place?

 

Now they work, I just had to change the language to plain English.
