I'm planning on starting a forum like dp but I'm confused,I had my plans and mods to be used with smf set out, then I saw vB Publishing suite and half of the mods(which are all free) i would've added to smf was a feature of vBulletin, now the problem at hand is the remaining mods, smf has a large database of free mods,with a community to help out with errors, whereas I can't find a suitable as equal large list of mods for vB,but I can hire a freelancer to do this. Now from what I've said u might recommend smf but as the forum grows I would love to make a private board with subscriptions and only smf Rc versions(I hate it's control panel;to hard to navigate) can do this but vB has a good interface for that purpose. So I guess I have 3 optional questions, pls answer any or all if you can 1) where to get a large list of free vB Mods and templates of all categories 2) how to create a premium restricted kind of board with smf 1. Versions 3) which script is better for a worldwide aiming soccer forum and social network
Yes mnmani, You are right. myBB is the finest & final solution of your problem. Use this, I have experience. It very easy to use & develop.
