smf forum seo 4 smf redirect failure 404 error

im using smf forum and i just installed seo 4 smf mod for seo url
when i post information its posting but after posting the page will be error 404 and like 500 error
and next time i seen in category its inserted the post..

but im getting problem after posting

error like

seo4smf-redirect.php?

/public_html/seo4smf-redirect.php?b=1.0

not found
