look in the admin panel, current theme, there is an option to select how many recent posts you want displayed on the main index.
I didn't make myself clear. What I want is this: I have a forum . mysite . com I want latest posts list to appear on www . mysite . com in a box. Thanks
i see what you mean, try using ssi_examples.php or ssi_examples.shtml, you have both of these with your forum.
Yes, that is what I was looking for. It works, but with problems, forum use code page other that english and it doesn't show characters correctly, and there is no css (default fonts are used). Thanks anyway for pointing me, I hope I will fix it (knows nothing about php, but I'm optimist
