Traffic stats definitely dont look genuine, he has also deleted a huge number of comments which is rather suspicious

Is there a reason you feel his screenshots have been doctored?

With regards the WHOIS, that seems normal for some godaddy domains. Analytics being installed recently isn't suspicious either. Sellers install it prior to sale because a lot of buyers ask for it. GA may not be their normally preferred analytics program.

Deleting comments often suggests that the seller would rather not discuss a particular issue. But then it could be that the poster was just being silly, that does happen a lot.

Not disclosing revenue in public is normal. If he's refusing to disclose it at all then just walk away!

One thing that is odd - the name the domain is registered to. It's registered to "Smells Funny". If that is not his real name he is in violation of ICANN rules and can lose the domain.

Hmm, it all smells funny to me. ;) If in doubt, walk away. It seems dodgy that the guy didn't use his real name (I doubt he's called "Smells Funny")
