SmartyValidate: [validate plugin] form 'install' is not registered problem not solvin

    While installation process of phplinkdirectory 2.0 in my server I am getting error of

    Notice: SmartyValidate: [is_valid] form 'install' is not registered. in D:\hshome\commentcg\commentparadise.com\coms\libs\ smarty\SmartyValidate.class.php on line 273

    and

    Notice: SmartyValidate: [validate plugin] form 'install' is not registered. in D:\hshome\commentcg\commentparadise.com\coms\libs\ smarty\plugins\function.validate.php on line 46

    can anyone pls help me out to solve this problem. Or can any one tell me why I am facing this problem. Gone through lots of article but failed to get any result from there.

    Please help me to get the proper solution asap.

    GD s installed in my server.
