Smarty template system... CSS/HTML

    Hello,

    I have recently baught a script to start a new social networking site called The Real IT Crowd

    The script uses a SMARTY template system... which I have never heard of before! I can see .CSS files and in some the .TPL files I can see what looks like HTML.... totally confussed :rolleyes:
