    i moved from hostgator to fatcow

    i m getting this error after moving my database someone plz help me in this

    Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "index.tpl" in /hermes/web05/b1400/moo.watchmissedtvshowsor/public_html/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1092
