Smartpricing based on account, site or page?

I have heard that Smartpricing applies to an overall account. But what I want to know is if you had 2 identical landing pages but on different domains, does one get better eCPM than the other? Anyone done this test?

    Thanks,

Smartpricing affects the whole account. If the content of the pages is identical, you will get the same ad, so the same CPC, but the eCPM depends on how many people click the ad per 1000 views.

I was thinking that perhaps the url - if it contained relevant keywords - might have an impact. And also maybe if doman1.com has some smartpricing on it, putting your landing page on domain2.com might get around a domain based penalty, if such a thing exists.
