    So I've put together a list of the smartest and dumbest politicians of 2008. The top spots should be no surprise but you might be surprised at the others. So check it out and tell me what you think.

    i will vote both to bush.
    dumbest, because someone throw a pair of shoes to his face
    smartest, because he can duck both shoes. :D
