I am looking for experienced php programmer for some interesting php coding project. The project is about automated rss update. The main issue is as follows: there are some content reports (assume articles) in some categories, already putted on the website. Every category has its own rss feed, and there is free rss subscription ability for any category separately - very trivial so far. The "magic" needed as follows: when new user subscribes to rss feed, he always will get the first report only in his feed, and then he will get updated feed with follow reports in some frequency (day, week or any other), just like in follow-up emails chain. The reports will be putted in some hidden category so they will not be accessible in other way then through those feeds.
