Before when google started adsense back in 2003 it used to pay the full price to us as the ads would cost...lets say if the the keyword ... "Mesothelimoia" was $40 a click and the "google" to "Publisher" Payout ratio was 50%.. we would have got $20 from adsense for the particular 1 CLcik only. So when did this smart pricing started? and when did google decided that not to pay the advertiser that 50% amount rather just a few cents or a $ or 2$ for that keyword... can someone tell all the details of this smart pricing?..and its history
