The second page - is smart pricing even possible for Google to achieve? It's not like advertisers bid for a place on the second page, or is it? Could this explain why click costs can be much higher using AdLinks - as smart pricing (based on the value of your site - not AdWords of course) isn't in action on that second page? That has me thinking that it could be true most all my readly cheap keywords are on the second page...this is something i will be chewing and thinking about alot now! Anybody have any bones to throw us...
