Man, some people will believe anything. Maybe it was the rain that day, ever thought of that? or the snow in New England? Maybe it was the rising price of rice in China? There are common sense and there is stupidity, folks.

Well jack, I am in a position to try. After all I have nothing to loose. I used to get $10-$20 from my single site. But ever since I added channels, it has reached $3-$5 with almost the same traffic. So even if the test is a failure, there wont be much of a loss.

Sure Prez. I will try this out for about a week and will notify if there is any change.

I'm telling you, it's the rising price of rice in China. Those Chinese are very sneaky when it comes to manipulating Adsense...

Let it be. But it is always better for me to experiment than wait for the Chinese to lower their price.

Oops, I think I confused you. You see, Adsense Smartpricing is affected by the rising price of rice in China, but it's the Japanese who controls the price of rice, so in that sense, it's the Japanese who are really responsible. I never did trust them after Pearl Harbor...

Memo to self: always read page one of a thread instead of delving straight into page two - page two never makes any sense ;)

Just thought I'd give my experience.
About a week and a half ago I decided I wanted to reorganize my channels.. they were getting a bit confusing. I remembered the post at WW and thought I might as well give it a try since I was going to redo them all anyway. I left it for about a week without any channels. The first day that I took them off I saw a slight increase in average cost-per-click (my FF adsense notifier thing works it out) but only by a few cents (5-6c) and by the end of the week it was back down. I would say the increase at the start would have been totally unrelated to smartpricing or channels but who knows. Now I have added back new channels and there has been no change.

It didn't hurt to try it but it sure didn't help :)

The OP? Dunno, but he was starting a lot of threads. They might think he was trying to cash in on the rev sharing...

A LOT of people would be banned if they started cutting down on that ;)

I just made my first $.28 from DP, after about a week, and don't really expect it to rise much from that. The clicks just aren't there on this forum, there isn't much revenue to be shared!
