    About site
    Site was created almost 7 years ago, so it is well aged. It has nice exact match domain. I am just renewing it, so I think it will be better if I sell it. Starting price is also reserve price - will sell for anything >= 25usd.

    Why are you selling this site?
    Because I have not touched it for years and it seems that I wouldnt touch it few more years :)

    How is it monetized?
    Not monetized yet. No traffic yet.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    You need to just revitalize content + add some kind of monetization + do some linkbuilding.

    Thank you for your input. I think that with some investment in outbound marketing + content refresh website could get some organic visits and therefore earnings. I haven't created one backlink to this website and it gets few organic visits.

    At least it is worth for some kind of experiments - you could have this website for 25usd ( starting price is also reserve price for which I will sell it ) and then try any kind of linkbuilding methods ;)
