Buying Small Wordpress nav fix (second nav level)

    Hi,

    I need to hire someone who can fix navigation on http://bc-unity.com:
    1. add second level in header navigation, here's preview of desired effect:
    http://maciejbis.net/jpgs/beratung.jpg

    2. in subpage of subpages (for subpages, eg. "Unternehmen --> Wer Wir Sind" - it works great now!) and “subpages of subpages”, eg.
    “Unternehmen --> Wer Wir Sind --> Subpage of Subpage”
    parent button eg. ”Unternehmen” in header nav and "Wer Wir Sind" in sidebar should be marked as ‘active’ and stay in green.

    I want to keep it using (it's powered by http://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/site-navigation/):
    <?php do_action('icl_navigation_menu'); ?>
