Small Wordpress Edit

    The theme I use for the wordpress blog is: http://www.zoomstart.com/videographer-wordpress-theme/

    The homepage using that theme lists shows the 10 newest posts. What I need is for the format of the homepage to be any random 10 posts instead. Layout and everything should be the same, just what videos are shown should be changed.
    In the side bar it also lists the 10 newest posts, I want this to be 10 random as well.

    Payment via paypal can be discussed. If you do the job well, I have a few smaller things also that I need.
