Buying Small Windows VPS with Special Requirement

    Hopefully someone here can help me. I'm in need of a small windows VPS which I plan to use for running my small chat server.

    Currently I'm running this on my home PC but it uses a unique port which I had to open in my router. I'd rather host it somewhere else but you will need the ability to open this port on my VPS..

    Looking to pay around $10/mo so if you can help please let me know what you can offer!
