Small Weight Loss eBook Site

I'm selling off a small weight loss ebook website that I never really got around to promoting. The site has completely unique content all which was written by me.

Domain
The domain is registered at GoDaddy and expires 3/2013..Right now I have this website set to where users can get a free eBook by putting in their email address. The email list is managed through MailChimp and when the user clicks the confirmation email link they are taken to the download page where they can get the eBook.

The site runs Wordpress and the theme has some different options in it. You can easily enable a Buy Now button and turn the website into a clickbank or ebook purchase website. I choose to offer a free ebook with an opt-in form, but the new owner can use it to sell an eBook instead of gathering email addresses. If you want to continue using an email form the website has a MailChimp widget that makes implementing your MailChimp list easily.

The site has 2 clickbank-type sales pages which were each written by me by hand. This is a good way to target 2 different keyphrases with the different sales pages. I also have an "Updates" section where you can write new blog posts to continue adding new content to the site..

Traffic
Traffic is minimal on the site. I haven't really done any promotion on it, no link building, or anything else. I set the site up but never really got around to promoting it. Assume minimal/no traffic.

Revenue
The site doesn't make revenue because right now it only gathers email addresses. In total since starting the site I've gotten about a dozen emails from it..But once again, it doesn't really have any promotion so it hasn't really had much traffic..
