Small Web Hosting Requirements costing less than $15 per year

I've got simple web hosting requirements, but hoping you can help me out. I need a number of accounts, so will accept offers from different people.

I need:
MySQL - only need 1 DB
PHP with GD
Apache to allow my own htaccess files
100MB space, don't need much
3-5GB transfer
Email forwarding
FTP access
phpMyAdmin access
SSH access a bonus, but not essential


Looking at less than $15 per year paid by Paypal. Any offers?

If you want real reliable hosting, by a company that won't shut it doors tomorrow with your sites, I would raise your budget a bit. At the same time, how many accounts will you need? You may be able to get away with one reseller account!

 

Some reason why you don't want just one account with enough add on domains allowed to service all your needs?

I am after a range of different IP addresses, so a reseller account doesn't work for that.

The budget was a guess at what I thought an account like that is worth. I have seen packages at $24 and $12 for exactly what I wanted. However, on these forums, people always offer a higher price than you ask for.

 

Dont mean to hijack this but I was just wondering why you need different IP addresses? Just wondering thanks...

 

Perhaps because I have a project that I am working on? Sorry, but it's difficult enough to get people to reply on topic, without going off topic to discuss one of my private projects!

Depending on how many domains/IPs you need, the total space and bandwidth, I can probably get you everything under 1 account which will allow you to assign any sites to any IPs given to you. Can you provide your total budget for all of the accounts?

Budget is limited. I'm looking at 10 accounts overall, but not with 1 hosting company. The maximum number of accounts I'll take with any host is 5.

Total space would not be more than 50 to 100MB per domain. Looking at 2-3GB transfer per domain. 1 domain per ip address, and the ip addresses must be different c-classes.

I now have 3 accounts with various DP members. I am looking for 2 more accounts for now. The most I will pay is $20, and I have managed that for the 3 purchased accounts already. If you charge less, its more likely I'll use your hosting services again.
