    Why are you selling this site?
    Started this website a few months back, but no longer have any desire to work on it. Right now it's taking up space on my server so I'm looking to move it out.

    How is it monetized?
    The site is only monetized with Adsense right now. However, the new owner could probably squeeze other ads in there as well.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No

    How much time does this site take to run?
    As much as you want. Right now it has about 3-4 pages of unique content which I wrote on there. Perfect for an addition to someones blog network!

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Not really any challenges. It runs on Wordpress and the domain is registered through GoDaddy.
