Hi everybody. Sorry for a late respons but I have been out looking for a new flat. I live in a boring place and want to move I am happy to see so many people interested. Maybe because its not many sites for sale here that are soon out of the Google sandbox (if there is a sandbox).

First, there are no stats as the site is not promoted or linked to from my side. As I said i forgot about it.

The buyer will get the domain and the script, everything.

Hehe Sebastya, the site is ugly, my best adsense sites are without exeption all ugly, that is sad but true.

I got two questions on PM here are the answers:

Question 1:
Can you tell me what script you are using to 'grab' the news.. as you said the news is updated 'automatically'.... Need to know whether i can customise it.
Answer:
I have looked throug my pc to find the script and layout, but cannot find it, I dont remember the name of the script I used, something like mini... or ...mini, but of course it is possible to change it, I at least remember changing the way adsense is placed. If someone here know the name of the script, can you please tell. I also want to use it on another domain I have. As I remember you just input the keyword in the script and then the script automaticly pulls the stuff.

Question 2:
You said the content of your website is updated automatically. does that include the "videos" and "photos" section of your site ?
Answer:
Yes, everything is updated automatically, I do not know how often.

 

will you help with th transfer seen as yo cant remember which script it is if the winner has any problems?

also, you saying you dont have the original scripts ?

that might be a problem for the buyer dont you think ? as on a new server it will require a fresh installation from scratch.. and with out the original script it might casue problems eg path names, mysql database path (ig it uses mysql database) etc
