    I think in 200$ only you will get spammy work .If you can pay $200 per month to rank keywords then only you may get the best seo work .

    I think you may have heard about the latest updates of Google (Penguin / Panda ) so you must be very alert otherwise your clients website may be hit by Google .

    So if you can pay good amount only then you will get good results .
