small question about links

    Hi,

    How do you think what's better, get link from PR5 page of domain which have 1000 backlinks (for example) or from PR3 page of domain with (1M, 100K backlinks)?

    IMO is better the PR5 page of domain which have 1000 backlinks, if not all on that page (of course).

    I would go for the latter (PR3) because of the huge potential this has and what you will achieve later.

    Think of the long term rather than short term.

    IMO there are MANY more things to consider. How many links on the page, relevance, anchor text, title of page and many others. BUT all else being equal, I'd probably take the PR5 page. (But all else is NEVER equal-grin)

    I would take the pr5 too
    Or you could get links from both ;)
    But seriously a pr5 link would be better in my opinion.

    If both links are relevant 1 would pick the PR5.

    I haven't come across a site that has a PR 3 with 100K + links.

    i think you must choose the option which has less outgoing links on it.

    for example
    * pr 5 has 50 outgoing links per page
    * pr 3 has 10 outgoing links per page

    i think it's better to choose pr 3 site for that example

    I would like PR5 outgoing links.As pr 3 outgoing links are easier to get.

    PR5 ofcourse - it is very easy to get some pr3 backlinks.
