i have a small query....i am from India and till a few days back i used BSNL broadband internet connection....now i have a major problem with the connection and plan to change it....i am planning to take BSNL EVDO... i heard that it is a shared ip connection ie the ip changes every time you log in to the internet...is it ok using dp with such an intenet connection as i heard dp bans ppl coimg from different ips or some thing like that... thanks
Its ok i think,i am sure most of Indian users are on shared IP,Mods will not ban u just because of your IP issue,there are many more factors to determine multiple accounts.
I dont think so that you might have some problem having dynamic IP.... I am having the dynamic IP and never got any problem.... According to DP rules, you cannot log into the same account on different computers simultaneously...... This is to stop sharing of a single account by many people in order to increase posts and reps....

Well, i am using static ip , i have never faced problem upto now and i think Dynamic ip will also never face any problem , until unless they try to create another dp account
I guess no problem because in the dynamic IP you get UNIQUE DIFFERENT IP everytime you connect. The problem arise if you use DP on a shared internet connection, i.e. Cyber cafe. So better use home PC to access DP.
