Small Proxy Network -- Placement okay?

    I've just gotten into proxies... have a very small network:

    aproxie.info
    privacy-secure.info
    hide-browse.info
    mompick.com
    mompick.net

    Getting pretty good traffic from the past 2 days or so:
    HideBrowse 1,433 - $1.23
    PrivacySecure - 3,096 - $1.12
    MomPick(.com/.net) - 1,402 - $0.28
    aProxie.info - 57 - $0.06
    Totals: 5,988 - $2.69

    I just started promoting aProxie last night around 7PM CDT, thus the lower traffic.

    Is the placement okay? How do I go about blacklisting typically lower paying advertisers?
