    Hi,

    I'd like to sell a small site I built some time ago: http://www.internet-speed-tests.com/

    - The website is online since May 2006.
    - It uses a free speed test script.
    - Content and template are custom built. (The template has a very high CTR, so when you can drive traffic to it you could earn good)
    - Pagerank is 4.
    - Has been promoted with free press releases and directory submissions.
    - Not much traffic and revenue (see screenshots). Entire AdSense revenue since May is ~ $23.

    AdSense January, Traffic

    Payment via PayPal. The domain is at my German hosting company but transfering it should be no problem.

    how did the site get a pr4? do you link to it from your own sites? if so, will these links remain after the sale? did you buy links from other sites?

    Yes I think some sites of mine link to this site and all of those links will stay in place. No I didn't buy any links. Some of the PR did probably also come frome the press release and the directory links.

    Am I correct in understanding that the site had 140 visitors in Jan and made $0.39 in Jan?

    Will you move it to the buyer's hosting account?
