Good that someone pointed these. I never noticed these changes.

The site has good info on Yahoo Publisher network. First time I am seeing yahoo ads.

Now there is one more way to eliminate your competitors :)

"In addition, publishers may not bring unnatural attention to sites displaying ads through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites. These activities are strictly prohibited in order to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs. "

Just send a million junk mails telling people to click on ads of your competitor's site and Goolge will soon kick him out.

I guess that the margin for publishers has slightly increased because of an estimated 20% loss to the competitor.
I have lower impressions but a higher pay out.

I noticed this in the terms: no "repeated manual clicks or impressions"

When I'm designing a page, I often refresh over and over to view the changes. Maybe 20 times if I'm trying to get it right. Do you think that could be a problem?

I wonder about the impression thing too, but I imagine it applies more to impression-based campaigns. So if you were seeing yourself getting money for no clicks and had some impression advertising you would need to take some extra measures to disable ads for yourself before doing any extensive work on the site.

Going to be interesting to see what happens with Yahoo... I imagine the playbook of banned and removed adsense tricks is fairly extensive. And I imagine there are plenty of people who are going to roll right through it when Yahoo goes public. Be interesting to see how many of these issues yahoo will have addressed out of the box or if they will just be repeating history.

I wonder what they exactly mean by "unwanted advertisements on third party websites".... something like pop ups or posting unnessary messages on forums or something like chat room spam ? And how will google determine the source of such an advertisement?

Yeah I wonder about what they mean by that as well... If you put a link in your signature file, couldn't that be considered an unwanted ad on a third-party site?

I took it as they meant blog/discussion board/guestbook spam.

Well I just got the Payment in Progress message, so we will see what happens cause it should be happening soon.
