Selling small network - UK based

Hi,

Im looking at selling the start of a network. I will inform the buyer of my plans for the network one payment is received.

The sites are:

R4F is a custom made site, it has a back end system for the customer to add/update/delete their entry.
It also has a back end system for me to do the same.
Catering runs off a premade directory script.

My plan was to convert them both over to the 1 system (the 1 i had custom made).

A lot of money has been spent on R4F, from getting entries on the site to promotion and the actual script itself.

I would like to start bidding at $150.
BIN is $400

 

I will start at 150.00 then

The script alone cost more than this to be built.

Page 2 and 3 for search terms relating to function rooms in various cities. Im sure there are more but i have not checked.
I have also had these on page 1 and 2 before (albeit the last entry on page 1) with a little bit of work you can easily get this back there.

 

I have had a few PMs regarding this but the highest firm offer i have had is $175.

I am setting a reserve on this of $200 as that will cover the coding work i have had done.

I will leave this going until Saturday.

Right, im going to leave this until around 4pm tomorrow UK time (23.5 hours-ish).

I will accept a BIN of $250. Otherwise we will see if any other offers come in. I would prefer bids to be proper bids, not $200.01. ($10 incrimiments).
