Selling Small network for sale cheap!

I am selling this relatively new network. I was planning on building it up, but don't have the time and want to move onto other projects.

The domain is registered at namecheap and has around 6 months left on it and whois guard.

I have been getting around 100 uniques a day since it opened at the start of the month.

We are getting traffic from google and yahoo at this point in time.

Willing to let it go for $30 or maybe less, and if you want to trade i can look into that also.
