Buying Small modification of flash player

    I need a really small modification of a flash player (have the .fla source file).

    The modification should be: player doesen't play anything - only keeps a "play" arrow in the middle and under it it should be written: "Click to play"

    Whenever user clicks anywhere on the player a link should open with targer=_top

    its an easy project for someone who is good with flash
