Made a small list of bookmarking pages, page rank 6-8.

Social bookmarking allows you to keep your bookmarks of your favorite sites on the internet for easy access. The advantage of this is you can tag your bookmarks and make them available for others to see. A tag is simply a “keyword”.

You don’t want to bookmark all your pages on the same day. Do it in a random fashion over a period of time so that it will appear as it is naturally created. And don’t go overboard. Spamming bookmark sites will do you no good and may even hurt you more than help you.

One of the big advantages of social bookmarking is how it helps your search engine rank. A paged booked marked could show up in the search engines the next day even if your site is not yet indexed. Most bookmark sites are already high paged ranked and are an authority site which willhelp your rank.

    List - PR 6-8

    http://buddymarks.com/ 6
    http://delicious.com/ 8
    http://www.icerocket.com/ 6
    http://www.kuro5hin.org/ 7
    http://www.librarything.com/ 8
    http://www.newsvine.com/ 7
    http://www.nextaris.com/ 6
    http://www.nowpublic.com/ 7
    http://www.simpy.com/ 6
    http://www.spurl.net/ 6
    http://technorati.com/
    http://www.yoono.com/ 6
    http://www.wurldbook.com/info/ 6

Two sites you will want to check out are:

    http://ekstreme.com/socializer/
    http://www.socialize-it.com

They both offer a similar service that allows you to bookmark a page to serval sites at once. You will need to create an account at each bookmark service first, but once that is done it becomes pretty easy to bookmark a page to several sites.

    Enjoy!

Each adds backlinks to your site. Backlinks increase your rating in Google which overall increases your website traffic. Go to each and join the social sites. Give your usernames and then use each to bookmark your sites. This will provide more backlinks to your site which means google love!

Both simply add another source for backlinks to your website whether dofollow or nofollow. No guarantee that it will increase website ranking only that there will be more backlinks to your site to use each. They both work without having follow sites.

This is a great list of PR6-8 social bookmarking sites for reference and usage. Social bookmarking is a good way of aiming for more traffic and backlinks from other high PR sites.People may visit your link by visiting those high PR social bookmark sites which tend to rank highly in the search engines.

    Hi!

This list is very small:) digg is very popular and i wanted to present a list with some less knowned sites.

I'm sure a list like this could be huge, so feel free to add your own golden nuggets.

Thanks for the list. From what I understand, only Google applies the 'no follow' tags anyway. The other search engines just ignore them.

Yes, i've heard so too - even if i'm not 100% sure. Would be great if some "guru" here at DP could say something about the importance of no-follow blogs etc.
