    Adsense may be work for you. And try adult affiliate program/ Dating affiliate program, it should be work on every site ;), or promote some communication skill related affiliate programs.
    Not sure are there any others?

    Email Submits, zip submit, free ringtone programs etc can work if your site's max traffic is concentrated to a particular country.

    I have found out that Adsense is not a good thing on joke sites as there is a very low click rate and PPC is also low.. Adult programs could be something to try. Anybody have any experience with them on joke sites? Or any other programs that work well for them?

    Adult may work there, also gaming may work as well (offering a 25 or 50 dollar free chip maybe). I wouldn't recommend adsense, I ran a webcomic and adsense never really converted for me despite large traffic.

    If you are interested in trying out some online gambling adverts there I can set you up with a nice CPA or RevShare deal.
