    I'm selling a couple of sites from my portfolio for around 12x income, based on the last 3 months. The income is in Euro, which is around $1.25 at the moment. The selling price is fixed, in USD.

    Desktop-Wallpaper.org - June: 9.42 Euro (May 13.40) (April 14.24) -price $150 (~700 indexed pages) - PR0 right now, but at the last PR update didn't have any backlinks, now it has ~1000 according to yahoo, so it should get PR at the next update).

    All 3 sites have at least 1 year behind them, so they're out of the sandbox and you can build something nice from them.

    Payment is by PayPal or Moneybookers and within 48 hours. Domain will be transferred via free push at their current registrar. You get the domain, database backup for the Wordpress installation, the site files and the XML file.
