    You mean a favicon?

    Create a 16x16 icon in Photoshop.
    Grab the ico file output here
    Save your icon as favicon.ico and upload it
    Add this code to your pages:
    <link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico" />

    If you don't have Photoshop, you can create a 16x16 icon in anything (e.g GIMP, Paint) and use an online favicon creator (just Google it).
