Small HTML/PHP Project

    I need a developer to fix the current HTML form on my site and to create a PHP script to email the results of the form. This project is fairly simple if the person has experience in both HTML and PHP. All you have to do is integrate the two together and thats all.

    If your interested PM me with your experience and contact details. This project must be done immediately.
