Small Flash Job

    I need some one who knows how to program in flash to fix an issue that I am having with my website. If you go to exhibe .com under the portable exhibit link there will be a flash image. This image when clicked on links to our portable site at exhibeportable .com. I've noticed while using IE 7 it opens multiple windows of the exhibeportable .com website. What I need is for some one to fix this for me. This job shouldn't take that long and was looking to spend $10.00 or less.
