Selling Small Established Tech Blog, Strong Twitter & Facebook Following, Excellent Design

This sale is for a technology blog that I originally planned to put some time and effort into that simply got put on the backburner. The site has been online for a while now but sports only eight posts. I've built a strong following on Twitter (928 followers) and Facebook (210 fans); the Twitter account is included in the sale and, while Facebook currently doesn't allow the transfer of fan pages (they're working on it, I hear) I'll simply make you an admin and leave the page to you until such time as they do.

The site is based on WordPress and uses the premium Magnet theme by WPZoom (this sale includes the license to use the theme only on this site). Traffic is fairly minimal given the lack of posting but the following is always prepared to visit when content is added. I've not placed ads on the site but the Magnet theme does include the ability to do this via the options page and/or widgets.

Sale includes all the support you need, including transferring the site if you like - my involvement is up to you!

Any revenue? Traffic Details?

 

Traffic and revenue details are included above - no revenue traffic is negligible given the lack of updates but the social following is quick to jump on links added and the site is SEO optimized so catchy articles with the right keywords will be a big hit both ways.

 

how much of this site is unique. Who wrote the articles on it ?

 

All content is 100% unique, handwritten by me - this is the case with all of my sites
