You got me a little confused in your second sentence there. He can't take money out of your Paypal to his bank account without having the password to your Paypal.

When you transfer funds to someone else he can't touch it. But when you want to transfer it to the bank, it will be his account of course and he can do whatever he wants. Why don't you just use your own bank account?

Well , i don't have any bank account .So when registering with paypal's business account , i am giving my friends bank account AND also i am planning to buy a credit card - that also in his name - but that credit card will be with me and not with him . So now doubt is : if i deposit money from paypal to credit card , then will he be able to take the money that is the card card using his bank account ?(cc is with me )

No he would not but he would have to confirm the bank account information and it is always risky.
Are you planning to scam people because it sounds like it with buying a credit card and putting your friends information on the paypal. It is better to get your own bank account and do it the honest way.
