Buying Small domain check system (PHP)

    I require a small PHP script to open a remote tab delimited (TXT) file, check if the domain the file is running on is in the file, and if not throw up an error message.

    This isn't a large job, so no stupid quotes. I could do it myself, but I do not have the time.
