small design task

    I've got a page that displays a list of videos. Each entry on the list shows a video, title and description. I need the first entry to be encapsulated in a nice way with the following title "Sponsored Ad"

    You will have to alter the CSS and html file and send them to me. Payment is $5 after delivery via paypal.
