Which is the best solution for my Galaxy S8? It dies at the end of the day and I want to know what to get, a smaller charger like Lightr Smart Charger or FingerPow or a larger powerbank?

It depends on how quickly you want to get a tumor.

If it's only dying at the end of the day then just get a small battery - but consider what other opportunities you have to charge during the day - a quick top up in the car? at your desk?

Most days I can get by with charging in the car, at my desk, but on my busy days I rely on my 20000. A 10000 isn't enough, and the 20000 is rarely drained.
