Buying Small changes to WP Theme

    I am looking for someone to do some simple things to a Wordpress theme I have. These things are the following:

    1. Improve the aspect of the sidebar (font and put a border that goes well with the theme) and control the background color of the sidebar by CSS.
    2. The sidebar does not look well when viewed with IE. I will need you to fix that.
    3. Add a horizontal menu on the page.
    4. When I load images and update the page, the line breaks </br> disappear some times with this theme.
    5. Fix any other issues you see missing in the theme.
